Can't recommend the 8-week Mindfulness Course enough! The weekly sessions are incredibly well thought out and thorough. Claire has obviously put a lot of effort into producing informative weekly workbooks as well as the online sessions, her website and the members forum. You're 100% guaranteed to find something that you find useful - either some background understanding about how the brain/body works or a specific breathing technique that works really well for you. I have really found all of the sessions helpful. Have done a face to face MBSR course in the past but have found this course really helpful, the workbook and audios have been a great guide and resources i will keep going back to.
