What To Expect

This retreat will take you on a 2-hour journey of blissful relaxation. It's a unique blend of Meditation, Breathwork, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. These practices are designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and realign your body and spirit. 


The theme of the February retreat is 'Be Here Now'. 

This retreat evening will provide a sanctuary to slow down, soften, and fully arrive in the present moment. If you're someone who often lives ahead of your time with a mind full of worries and to-do lists, or find yourself dwelling on what happened (or didn't happen) in the past, this retreat will give you an opportunity to set that aside. You'll give yourself permission to fully arrive in the present moment, and experience the wonderful benefits when we allow ourselves to be here now. You'll be invited to let go of urgency, settle into…
