About the event

What To Expect

This retreat will take you on a 2-hour journey of blissful rest, relaxation and healing. It's a unique blend of meditation, breathwork, gentle somatic yoga and a Sound Reiki® sound bath. These practices are designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and realign your body and spirit. 


I am delighted to collaborate with Lilli Badcock - Sound Healer, Transformation Mentor & Founder of Sing To Heal Ltd for this event. Lilli will be singing her beautiful Sound Reiki® sound bath, once our minds and bodies are relaxed and receptive from the somatic practices. Having been to Lilli's sound healing sessions before, you really are in for a treat - with her angelic voice she creates healing frequencies that interact with the body's energy centers, or chakras, to promote healing and well-being.
