What To Expect
This online retreat will take you on a 2-hour journey of blissful relaxation. It's a unique blend of Mindfulness, Breathwork, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. These practices are designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and realign your body and spirit.
Towards the end of our time together, we'll have an opportunity to connect with the community to share experiences, smiles, and poetry, and wish each other a peaceful Christmas.Â
When and Where
Mark your calendars for the 14th of December, 2023. The retreat will take place from 7pm-9pm on zoom.
What you'll needÂ
A yoga matt or soft floor, as well as a cushion(s), blanket and eye mask if you have one. Part of the retreat will be lying down, so please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable. You can wear loose, comfortable clothing, yoga clothes or even your pajamas!Â
