About the event

What To Expect

This retreat will take you on a 2-hour journey of blissful relaxation. It's a unique blend of Meditation, Breathwork, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. These practices are designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and realign your body and spirit. 


At the end of our practice, you're invited to unwind further with a cup of herbal tea and treats - an opportunity to share experiences and smiles and connect with one another, or sit peacefully with a cosy cuppa. 


The Theme for the January Retreat is: Self-compassion

January often pulls us in two directions – the world urging us to strive and achieve, while our bodies long to rest and hibernate in the depths of winter. This conflict, combined with the lack of sunshine, can cause our inner-critic to get louder at this time of year, &/or our mood to get lower. This retreat offers…
