What To Expect
This retreat will take you on a 2-hour journey of blissful relaxation under the soft glow of candlelight. It's a unique blend of Meditation, Breathwork, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. These practices are designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and realign your body and spirit.Â
At the end of our practice, you're invited to unwind further with a cup of herbal tea and treats - an opportunity to share experiences and smiles and connect with one another, or sit peacefully with a cosy cuppa.Â
When and Where
Mark your calendars for Thursday 11th April, 2024. The retreat will take place from 7pm-9pm at the beautiful St John's Place, Lower Bemerton, Salisbury. It's a serene location that complements the relaxing theme of our retreat...and we have underfloor heating to keep us cosy!
What to BringÂ
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (I do have spares if not), as well as a cushion(s), blanket and eye mask if you have one. Part of the retreat will be lying down, so please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable. You can wear loose, comfortable clothing, yoga clothes or even your pajamas!Â
