About the event
You're invited to join this welcoming group, meeting on Wednesday mornings for eight weeks in January and February 2025 on zoom, to learn to connect to our bodies and minds in a safe, gentle and non-judgemental way.
The course is based on the 'Mindfulness Now' programme, my teacher training for which is approved by the British Psychological Society. I have adapted the course to be trauma-informed with my own unique teaching flair, and incorporating further learning from somatic therapy. Here are some of the topics and practices we will cover together:

Somatic Yoga
Slow, soothing movements to gently melt away tension and nurture your body.
Yoga Nidra
A beautiful lying down practice which will take you into a dreamy state + seal peaceful intentions in to your subconscious.
Vagus Nerve Activation
Practices to activate your relaxation response, improving your nervous system health + increasing your resilience.
