What is Samhain?

Samhain (which falls on the next evening, 31st October) marks the midway point between the autumnal equinox and the winter solstice. Samhain, marking the transition from autumn to winter, is an ancient Celtic festival celebrating the thinning of the veil between worlds; the physical and the spiritual. This special time of year invites reflection, release, and renewal, making it an ideal moment to gather in community for yoga, meditation, and relaxation, as we honour the cycles of nature and attune to the deep wisdom within.


What to expect:

This retreat will take you on a 2-hour journey of blissful relaxation under the soft glow of candlelight. It's a unique blend of Meditation, Breathwork, Gentle Somatic Movement and a live Harp…
